Yes and No. Although ZXTracking services make use of local telecommunication services for data exchange, we do not depend on them for such services. Our direct satellite communication systems relays your data directly to our servers. So if you local telco is blocked, banned or just having a bad day, you are still in complete oversight and control of your assets.
Monthly payment is collected using debit or credit cards. Our payment portal is automatic and will automatically deduct just the right amount from your account every month or in advance if you choose that option. Clients paying 12 Months in advance get an extra month absolutely free of charge.
It takes approximately 10-15 Minutes to complete an installation and must be carried out by our trained professionals. Depending on the size of your fleet, we might have more than one installer available for installation.
Yes, we offer video and one on one training after or during installation. Recorded video trainings are completely free while in person training or online - live training comes at a charge.
